This is the credits journal for ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) acclaimed. Feel free to pick roles for your character -- just remember to be sensible! Have a movie or TV show in mind that's not on the list? Just leave a comment with the movie and we'll add it accordingly! Please note that we will not hold credits, it's first come, first served. Because of this, we may have to ask you to change your credits after your acceptance, but we'll try to be as lenient as possible.
As for music, go wild with your discography, but keep your character's voice claims to two, maximum.--there are some cases where a third voice will be allowed, but at least one of the credits have to be COMPLETELY retired and it will still be on a case-by-case basis. We will be most likely to allow a third voice if you're using largely unknown, unpopular credits and have been in the game for a while (6 months MINIMUM).
Also note: All already-made movies and premiered television shows that you wish to add to the credits should fall within two years of when it was actually made. Just comment here with the title/details and we'll add it.
There is no precise, absolute rule on how many roles we will allow in a year, but, this is what we try to go by: No more than THREE leading roles in one calendar year or TWO leading and TWO supporting. If you use this model, you should be safe.
Remember to make an entry in your journal or ripway page for your credits that we can link to in our directory!
See a movie that's in the years 2009-future without a production status indicated, or with an outdated status? If your character is in the movie feel free to comment and let us know if the move is a.) announced b.) in pre-production, c.) in-production d.) in post-production or e.) completed. New applicants please include the status of future projects with your credits page.
AS OF JAN. 3RD 2010: Current members may only make TWO future claims total. If you request a credits addition/change and we approve, we will just add it, do not look for a comment back. If an entire FILM is future claimed by a member, no one else may add themselves to that film without the members approval, however if just a role in a film is claimed for future use, others are free to claim a role for themselves (though they may not place it in a year without approval from all claims).
